Brush your teeth.
Fill the trays with gel along with the teeth impression. (Mouth Trays are not included)
Wear the trays with gel for 15-30 minutes daily for 5-14 days.

How to use Thermo-forming mouth trays?

Thermo-forming mouth trays are effective and they last for many treatments. (NOT INCLUDED)

These mouth trays thermo-form in hot water to fit your personal tooth structure. Although they are sometimes not as precise as the Silicon Filled Trays, they last years, and can be reused for various treatments.

Adapting the Thermo-fitting Mouth Trays

Submerge the mouth trays in hot water for 5 seconds.
Place the trays on your teeth to form an impression.
Trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum-line.

These ten syringes are each filled with 3ml of carbamide peroxide gel. Choose from 22%, 35% carbamide peroxide or non-peroxide gel. Carbamide peroxide is the preferred whitening gel used by most dental professionals worldwide. Some dentists use hydrogen peroxide which is also very effective but carbamide peroxide has a longer shelf life. The gel lasts up to 2 years if kept in a cool place such as the refrigerator. The gel can be used with one of our two types of mouth trays or with customized mouth trays made in a dental lab. Our whitening gel is made in the USA under FDA regulations.
